Ice cream is the best dessert anyone could ask for.
My last post was about coconut milk and that is the main ingredient for this ice cream
INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup coconut milk
1/5 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
In a bowl, whisk the cream and coconut milk together until thick, add the sugar and vanilla and whisk once more.
Instead of using an ice cream machine, you can use ice cubes and salt
Get a ziplock bag pour in the ice cubes and salt then shake just for about 5 seconds
put the ice cream mixture in another small bag and put it inside the ice an salt bag, cover it up with a blanket and shake well for about 5-10 minutes. Then refrigerate
Also put your favorite toppings but since its a coconut ice cream, I suggest coconut flakes
