Coconut pudding

Pudding so easy to make, you can eat it as dessert and it can also be keep in the refrigerator for future use.

Ingredients

1 Powdered sugar

2 Coconut milk

1/4 cups Cornflour

1/4 cup butter

1/2 vanilla extract

PROCEDURES

In a bowl, pour in the coconut milk and add Cornflour, mix well

In a pan, pour in the sugar and butter and let it melt, pour in the coconut milk and Cornflour mixture and vanilla extract, stir and cook until thickened pour the mixture in a pudding cup and refrigerate for 30minutes, bring it out add whipped cream at the top, with toasted coconuts.
